Announced at the IFA earlier this year, the Xperia E3 features 4.5-inch display, quad-core processor and 5MP camera. There's a dual-SIM variant as well.
Sony has launched Xperia E3 and Xperia E3 Dual smartphones in India. The new Sony smartphones are priced at Rs. 11,990 and Rs. 12,990 respectively.
Announced at the IFA earlier this year, the new Xperia E3 and E3 Dual have same specs, except that the latter supports dual-SIM connectivity. The Xperia E 3 has a 4.5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution. The smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat OS and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM.
The Xperia E3 has 5 megapixel rear camera and VGA front facing camera. The smartphone comes with 4GB built in storage, supports microSD for additional storage up to 32GB. In terms of connectivity, the the smartphone supports 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi, A-GPS with Glonass, USB and Bluetooth 4.0.
The Xperia E3 will compete with a range from budget Android smartphones such as the Asus Zenfone 5, Xiaomi M3 and second generation Moto G.
