Sony has officially announced its new selfie-smartphone Xperia C4. The smartphone features a 5MP front-facing camera with 25mm wide-angle lens. Sony has also announced a dual-SIM version of the phone, called Xperia C4 Dual. The Xperia C4 will be available in select markets from the beginning of June 2015.
The Sony Xperia C4, successor to the Xperia C3 launched last year, has a 5.5-inch full HD display featuring Sony's mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and super vivid-mode. The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit 1.7GHz MediaTek MTK6752 octa-core processor along with 2GB of RAM. It sports a 13MP rear camera with auto focus, 4x digital zoom, Full HD video recording (1080p) and HDR for photos and videos.
The Xperia C4 comes with 16 GB internal storage and supports additional storage up to 128 GB via microSD card. Connectivity options include aGPS, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5 mm audio jack, NFC, Miracast, Micro USB support, Wi-Fi and WiFi Hotspot functionality. It is powered by a 2600 mAh battery, rated to deliver 12 hours 47 min of talktime. The phone is available in white, black and mint colour options.

As said above, Sony had a good run with its Xperia C3 smartphone, which was aimed at selfie-enthusiasts.
