Looks like last year’s rumoured Sony Ericsson Julie is back to being a part of the WP7 party, with some blurry leaked images procured by a Chinese blog showing off what looks like an SE Windows Phone 7 horizontal QWERTY-slider phone. When launched, this would make the third non-proprietary mobile operating system Sony Ericsson has used in recent years.
[RELATED_ARTICLE]As evinced by the images, the yet unnamed Sony Ericsson WP7 device has a large display, possibly a 4.3-inch one. If they are recent, then SE might still be in the early development stages with the ‘prototype’ markings – leading one to believe the proposed device would be released only sometime later this year.
Earlier rumours of the SE WP7 phone, Julie, came months ahead of Windows Phone 7’s official launch, so it is a bit surprising that it has taken this long already. Current expectations point to a possible Xperia X7 branding for the SE Windows Phone, with specifications including a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and an 8.1MP 720p HD camera.
