Images of a Sony D6653 (rumored to be Xperia Z3) have been leaked recently, posting an impressive 37,169 score on the AnTuTu Benchmark. This could be the Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone that has been rumored for a while now. Sony has been known to be coming out with a new flagship device later this year.
Rumors suggest that Sony which launched its Xperia Z2 flagship phone just this year at the MWC 2014 might be working on a third iteration of its Z flagship. The device in question is Xperia Z3, which is rumored to run on a quad-core Snapdragon 801 SoC. The leaked screenshot images show that that the device is running on 4.4.4 Kitkat and rocking 3 GB of RAM. If we take all rumors in account we might see the new flagship Xperia Z3 from Sony later this year at IFA 2014. Recently we saw leaked images of both the Xperia Z3 and Z3 compact and now this. Apparently Sony is not working on or have no plans for Z2 compact for this year’s Xperia Z2. This certainly leading us believe that there is an imminent launch from the Sony stable but the only question is will we see it happen this year?
