Samsung is gearing up to add the third smartphone to its Galaxy Ace portfolio, the Galaxy Ace 3. Last year Samsung introduced the Galaxy Ace 2, and a year before that, the debutant Galaxy Ace.
The Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 is expected to be available in a bunch of colours including metallic black, metallic blue, pure white and wine red. The Galaxy Ace 3 is rumoured to also bear a 4-inch display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5MP camera, 4GB of built-in storage, and a 1500mAh battery. The smartphone should run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The Galaxy Ace 3 ‘GT-S7272’ version is said to also support dual-SIM capabilities. There is no information available about the pricing of the smartphone. As of today, the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos is available in India for Rs. 11,445, the Galaxy Ace is available for Rs. 9,230 and the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus is available for Rs. 14,500.
Samsung has a large portfolio of smartphones that caters to a variety of audience ranging from the entry level to the premium. You have smartphones ranging from a mere Rs. 4,500 to Rs. 30,000.
Looking at the specifications of the Ace 3, we think the smartphone may be priced around the 10 to 12k mark. In this price range today you can get the Spice Mi-495, Intex Aqua Style, Nokia Lumia 520, Sony Xperia E dual, Karbonn A30 and many more.
