Samsung launches Galaxy A3, A5, E5 and E7 mid-range smartphones in India
The new Samsung Galaxy smartphones follow the same design philosophy seen in the Galaxy Alpha.
While CES continues in Las Vegas, Samsung took to the stage in India, to launch four new smartphones. The much anticipated Galaxy A3 and A5 have been launched in India, alongside the Galaxy E5 and E7 smartphones. The devices are all priced for the mid-range, between Rs. 19,000 and Rs. 25,000. Following the design philosophy started with the Galaxy Alpha, the A3, A5, E5 and E7 also have metal rims along the sides.
In typical Samsung manner, the smartphones are all priced way above what they should be. The phones all come with specifications that are easily available in phones around Rs. 10,000 today; the E3 and E5 are priced at Rs.19,300 and Rs. 23,000 respectively, while the A3 and A5 are priced at Rs. 20,500 and Rs. 25,500 respectively.
