The Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumoured to be priced at €850, at the time of launch. According to a new leak, Samsung will announce the Galaxy S8 on March 29 at a higher price than Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. The 2016 flagships were launched at €700 and €800, respectively.

Details about the launch date and pricing for the Galaxy S8 comes from Twitter tipster Ricciolo. With Galaxy S8 arriving at €850, the Galaxy S8 Plus may launch at €950. A recent case render revealed exact dimensions of Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, hinting at 5.7-inch and 6.3-inch screen sizes, respectively.

In his tweet, Ricciolo also notes that select journalists will get an early peak at the Galaxy S8 at MWC. The smartphone is tipped to launch on March 29, and will only go on sale starting last week of April.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumoured to pack a larger display in a smaller body by cutting down on bezels. A recent video teaser by Samsung Display revealed use of new, cutting edge display tipped to support 4K resolution. The Galaxy S8 series is tipped to launch in US with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and Exynos processors in other markets.
