Samsung is allowing consumers to purchase the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5 smartphones at Re. 1. However, that amount is just the down payment and the rest of the amount has to be paid in 10 monthly installments. This offer is a part of Samsung’s 'Make for India' celebrations, during which the Galaxy S6 is priced at Rs. 33,900, while the Galaxy Note 5 is priced at Rs. 42,900. Consumers can also avail 10% discount when purchasing the devices using debit or credit cards. In addition, the company is offering zero percent EMI for three, six, nine, and twelve months. The 'Make for India' celebrations will continue till May 15. 

The Samsung Galaxy S6 was launched in India in March last year. The device comes with a 5.1-inch QHD Super AMOLED display and is powered by an Exynos 7420 SoC with 3GB of RAM. The phone is equipped with a 2550mAh battery and offers 32GB of onboard storage. At the back of the phone is a 16MP primary camera with OIS, while at the front is a 5MP camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was launched in India in September last year. The phone sports a 5.7-inch QHD display and is powered by an Exynos 7420 SoC with 4GB of RAM. There is a 16MP primary camera located at the back of the device, while at the front is a 5MP camera. The device is equipped with a 3000mAh battery and offers 32GB of onboard storage.
