While Samsung hasn’t revealed the official price of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, reports suggest it will cost more than the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which launched at Rs 1,29,999 in India. The price hike is likely due to the inclusion of the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

Samsung typically launches its flagship devices in January during its Galaxy Unpacked event. Leaks suggest the Galaxy S25 series will be announced on January 22, 2025.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to sport a sleeker design, featuring a titanium frame and curved edges. The display could grow slightly to 6.9 inches, maintaining the M13 OLED panel seen on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. A new high-brightness mode may push the display’s peak brightness to 3000 nits

Samsung is expected to elevate its camera game with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The device will reportedly feature a quad-camera setup, including a 200MP primary sensor. It may also feature a new 100MP Space Zoom feature. The ultra-wide camera is rumoured to be upgraded to 50MP, while the 50MP telephoto camera might support variable focal lengths, enabling zoom ranges of 4x to 7x. A 10MP lens with 3x optical zoom is also expected to round out the setup.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is anticipated to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
The phone is likely to retain a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. However, thanks to improved GPU efficiency, users may experience longer battery life. Additionally, Qi2 magnetic wireless charging is expected to add convenience.
