Next, the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus can offer a slightly bigger screen while featuring panels of the same size – 6.3 inches and 6.7 inches. This could be possible because of the slimmer bezels they are rumoured to feature. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to come with a bigger 6.9-inch display. Earlier, rumours suggest the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus will both have a 50-megapixel main camera, with no changes to the 12-megapixel selfie camera. However, upgrades to the ultrawide and telephoto lenses are expected.
The 3x zoom 10-megapixel sensor may still be present across all models, including the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is also rumoured to have a 200M-megapixel main sensor, with potential upgrades to a 50MP ultrawide lens and a telephoto lens.
