Samsung Galaxy S25 series: All we know

Starting with the design first, the standard Galaxy S25 models are expected to pack a similar design as their predecessor, but the display bezels can be slimmer. However, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can now come with a rounded edges, just like the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus. It is also expected to feature a flat-screen and be slightly thinner.

Next, the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus can offer a slightly bigger screen while featuring panels of the same size – 6.3 inches and 6.7 inches. This could be possible because of the slimmer bezels they are rumoured to feature. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to come with a bigger 6.9-inch display. The bigger devices, Ultra and Plus are expected to offer QHD+ resolution, whereas the vanilla model can offer FHD+ resolution. All three devices are expected to feature LTPO Dynamic AMOLED 2X panels.

As I mentioned above, all three models are expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor, which could be paired with LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. On the battery front, the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus can be packed with a 4000mAh battery and a 4900mAh battery with 25-watt fast charging support. Whereas, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature a 5000mAh battery with 45-watt fast charging support.

Earlier, rumours suggest the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus will both have a 50-megapixel main camera, with no changes to the 12-megapixel selfie camera. However, upgrades to the ultrawide and telephoto lenses are expected.

The 3x zoom 10-megapixel sensor may still be present across all models, including the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is also rumoured to have a 200M-megapixel main sensor, with potential upgrades to a 50MP ultrawide lens and a telephoto lens.
