Samsung Galaxy S25+ leaks: Price, design, display, camera, battery and other details

The excitement among Samsung fans has been building up as we are nearing 2025. Samsung is expected to launch the new Galaxy S25 series in January 2025 with three smartphones this time as well. This includes the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Samsung hasn’t announced any details of this upcoming lineup but rumours have been surfacing on the internet for a while. If they are to be believed, all three smartphones will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, unlike the Galaxy S24 series which had only the Ultra variant with Snapdragon chip.
In this article, I am going to tell you pretty much everything about the middle child, the Galaxy S25+ based on what we gathered from rumours. As we all know, the vanilla model and the Plus model share the same specifications except for their battery size and display size.
Samsung Galaxy S25+ expected specifications
- Design: The Samsung Galaxy S25+ and the vanilla Galaxy S25 are expected to come with a similar design as their predecessors. The screen will most likely be flat and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. On the flipped side, we can a glass back panel with three camera sensors.
- Display: The Galaxy S25+ might come with a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED panel with HDR10+ support and a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: It will reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, which can be coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
- Camera: We can get to see the same camera setup, housing a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
- Battery: The Galaxy S25+ can pack a battery of around 5,000mAh

As for the pricing, we can expect this also to be the same as Galaxy S24+’s pricing. This means Samsung can launch the Galaxy S25+ at a starting price of Rs 99,999.
