The upcoming flagship series might include the Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. According to a report by The Elec, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will launch on January 17. The South Korean publication had a Samsung Electronic official in discussion about the launch of the upcoming flagship series. Furthermore, the report has also revealed that the Galaxy S24 series will be up for pre-orders on the same day (January 14). Further, it adds that these high-end smartphones will go on open sale on January 30. However, customers who register during the pre-order period can expect to receive the smartphone between January 26 and January 30.

Speaking of the specifications, a lot of them surfaced on the internet through leaks and rumours. Previously, it was rumoured that the Galaxy S24 Plus could feature a 2K OLED display. Furthermore, Samsung might finally increase RAM this time in its flagship series. The Galaxy S24 Plus might feature 12GB of RAM.
Next, all three smartphones will most likely be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. In the Galaxy S23 series, the brand introduced a customised Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor. Now we are not sure whether the brand will feature a ‘For Galaxy’ processor in the upcoming smartphones or not.
In the camera segment, we have only come across the rumours of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It is expected to launch with a quad camera setup, holding a 200-megapixel main camera, a 48-megapixel primary Telephoto sensor with up to 5x optical zoom, a 10-megapixel secondary Telephoto sensor with up to 3x optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel Ultrawide lens.
That’s all we know for now. However, these specifications are totally based on leaks and rumours. This means they could be different from the actual specifications, once the smartphone series is out.
