As the new year quickly approaches, the anticipation about the next generation Samsung Galaxy S24 series is picking up. Every week a new update about the series surfaces the web. We have now received more updates on the design of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Read along to find out more.
After the iPhone 15 hype, titanium seems to be the go-to choice for smartphone companies. Some reports suggest that Samsung might fill into the steps of its competitors and go for a titanium build. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra could get titanium bezels. How do we know this? Well, a report by The Elec suggests that Samsung could take the titanium route and is in talks with Chinese vendors like Solomo for the same.

Further, if reports are to be believed, Samsung is also looking to consider user behaviour to make the decision on whether it should switch to titanium or not for all the other smartphones on the Galaxy S24 series with this move.
If Samsung actually chooses titanium for the Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra then the price of the same could rise. Currently, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra holds an aluminium body. Titanium is more expensive when compared to aluminium, and hence a price rise is expected.
One more thing to note here is that by using titanium, Apple reduced the weight of its iPhones, but if you’re expecting the same with the Samsung Galaxy Ultra too, then you’re wrong. See Apple was using stainless steel earlier but Samsung, on the other hand, uses aluminium which is lighter than titanium.

Reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S24 series could arrive even before Samsung’s usual time frame. Samsung usually releases the new Galaxy S series in February but this time we could get it with the new year itself in January. We’ll have to wait till then and see if the Samsung Galaxy Ultra indeed comes with a titanium build.
