Just last month, Samsung unveiled its Samsung Galaxy S24 FE smartphone. This smartphone is a more affordable offering from the premium S series by the South Korean tech giant. The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE closely competes with the OnePlus 12 which was launched in December last year. Let’s compare the specs of both of these smartphones to see what each of these has to offer.

To begin with, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE weighs 213g and has a glass front and back, with aluminum frames. The OnePlus 12, on the other hand, weighs 220g and has a similar glass built with aluminum frames. On the display front, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE packs a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of 1900 nits. The OnePlus 12 has a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with HDR10+ support and 4500 nits of peak brightness.

On the performance front, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is powered by the Exynos 2400e chipset, and the OnePlus 12 runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Both run on Android 14-based skins, which are One UI 6.1 and OxygenOS 14 respectively.

Coming to the cameras now, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. On the front, it has a 10-megapixel selfie shooter. The OnePlus 12 also features a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor, and a 48-megapixel ultrawide lens. OnePlus has collaborated with Hasselblad for camera tuning. On the front, it has a 48-megapixel selfie camera.

Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE packs a 4,700mAh battery with 25W wired and 15W wireless charging support. The OnePlus 12 packs a 5400 mAh battery with 100W wired, 50W wireless, 10W reverse charging support.

Coming to the prices now, the 8GB+128GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE comes at Rs 59,999 whereas the 12GB+256GB variant of the OnePlus 12 is priced at Rs 61,999.
