As we get closer to 2024, we’re also getting closer to the much-awaited launch of the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. This upcoming series is expected to include three smartphone models: the Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra Recently, the Galaxy S24 Ultra model was spotted on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification website. Now, the Galaxy S24+ model has made its appearance on the BIS website.
The BIS listing of the Samsung Galaxy S24+ was spotted by 91mobiles.

The smartphone carries the model number SM-S926B/DS, which is linked to the Galaxy S24+.

While the BIS listing doesn’t disclose additional details about the Samsung Galaxy S24+ smartphone model, it does confirm its imminent launch in India.
Only the standard Galaxy S24 model is now left to appear on the BIS website, and it’s expected to show up on the certification site soon.
The Samsung Galaxy S24+ will be the mid-tier model in the upcoming Galaxy S24 flagship series. Rumours suggest that this smartphone will likely have a flat display and a design resembling its predecessor, the Galaxy S23+.
The Galaxy S24+ model is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset or the Exynos 2400, depending on the market. It will also likely come packed with a 4,900mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
There is speculation that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 series could debut on January 17. This release would be way earlier than Samsung’s typical February launch schedule for its flagship lineup.

This suggests that the upcoming Galaxy S24 series, anticipated to launch early next year, will probably incorporate two-way satellite connectivity for emergencies.
