Almost two weeks after launching in the US, Samsung will release the Galaxy Note10 and the Smasung Galaxy Note10+ in India today. This time, Samsung India decided to host the media event for the launch date at its iconic ‘Samsung Opera House Experience Store’ in Bengaluru. The series will have two phones, the Galaxy Note10 and the Galaxy Note10+, and they are already available for pre-order in India. The Galaxy Note10 will be available with only 8GB RAM, and the plus variant with 12GB RAM. The company will livestream the event on its Samsung India English and Samsung India Hindi pages.
As mentioned, the phone is already available for pre-order and the prices of the devices are already out. The Galaxy Note10 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage will be available for Rs 69,999. The Galaxy Note10+ with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs 79,999 and the 12GB RAM and 512GB variant can be purchased for Rs 89,999. Both the phones will be available in Aura Glow, Aura Black and Aura White colours. When it comes to offers, Samsung is offering the Galaxy Watch Active at Rs 9,999, and the Galaxy Buds for just Rs 4,999 on the purchase of the Note10 device.
Those who wish to buy the phones can avail a cashback of Rs 6,000 using HDFC Bank credit cards at retail outlets and Samsung Online Store. Those who use ICICI Bank credit or debit cards at Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, and Tata Cliq will also get Rs 6,000 cashback. There's an option of no-cost EMI, and 10 percent additional exchange bonus via Cashify.
The Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ feature a Curved Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with HDR10+ and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. They have an octa-core Exynos 9825 processor under the hood. The Galaxy Note10 features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with a 2280×1080p resolution, while the Galaxy Note10+ sports a 6.8-inch Quad HD+ display with a 3040 × 1440p screen. The Galaxy Note10 is backed by a 3500mAh battery while the Galaxy Note10+ sports a 4300mAh battery with up to 45W fast wired charging. The two phones are also IP68 water and dust resistant.
Coming to optics, the Galaxy Note10 sports a triple rear camera setup with a 12MP Dual Pixel primary camera with variable aperture ranging between f/1.5 and f/2.4. It also supports OIS. There’s a 12MP telephoto camera as well, with 45 degree FoV, OIS and f/2.4 aperture lens and a 16MP 123 degree Ultra Wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture lens. The Galaxy Note10+ comes with a 12MP dual pixel rear camera with OIS, f/1.5 and f/2.4 variable aperture lens , along with a 12MP telephoto camera with 45 degree FoV, OIS and f/2.4 aperture lens. There’s also a 16MP 123 degree ultra wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture lens, and VGA DepthVision Camera, also known as Time of Flight sensor. On the front, both Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ feature a 10MP Dual Pixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture lens.
