Samsung launched the Galaxy M55 5G smartphone in India in April this year. Now, it seems like the tech giant is gearing up to unveil a new iteration of the Galaxy M55 5G. Samsung is expected to launch an upgraded version of the Galaxy M55 5G in global markets, including in India soon.
MySmartPrice has spotted the Samsung Galaxy M55s on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification with the model number SM-M558B/DS, though additional details remain under wraps.

According to a Geekbench listing, the Galaxy M55s will likely be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, boasting a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz and paired with an Adreno 644 GPU. The device could come with 8GB of RAM and might operate on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 right out of the box.
The Wi-Fi Alliance certification indicates support for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. Samsung is expected to officially announce the Galaxy M55s in the near future.

The Samsung Galaxy M55 5G put out a peak luminance of 841 nits in the Lux Meter test. Furthermore, this phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor.
The camera on the Samsung Galaxy M55 is a triple rear camera setup which includes a 50MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultrawide angle lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. On the front, you get a 50MP selfie shooter.
Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G packs a 5000mAh battery with 45W charging support.
