The Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro features a 5-inch HD display and will be available starting tomorrow
Samsung has officilly announced its Galaxy J3 Pro smartphone exclusively on Paytm's online shopping portal. According to IDC, the Galaxy J series is the largest selling smartphone range in India and the new J3 Pro is aimed to further strengthen the position. The Galaxy J3 Pro is priced at Rs 8,490 and will be available from tomorrow in gold, black, and white colour options.
The Galaxy J3 Pro is a budget smartphone with a 5-inch 720p HD Super AMOLED display. Powering the device is a 1.5GHz quad-core spreadtrum processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. The smartphone also supports expandable storage up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
"This is the first time Samsung is launching an online exclusive product, Galaxy J3 Pro, on Paytm Mall. Galaxy J3 Pro delivers powerful performance, outstanding display and also packs in consumer centric features developed at our R&D centers in India," Sandeep Singh Arora, Vice President, Online Business, Samsung India, said in a release statement.
Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro features an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. The front camera is a 5MP one with support for various beautification modes. The J3 Pro runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and supports features like ultra data saving mode and S bike mode. On the connectivity front, the J3 Pro offers Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, GPS with Glonass and Wi-Fi Direct. The dual-SIM J3 Pro is 7.9mm thick, weighs 138 grams and is backed by a 2600mAh battery.
