The Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, the successor of original Galaxy Ace, is now available for pre-order in India via online shopping site Flipkart. The Galaxy Ace Plus has been priced at Rs. 16,275 and is scheduled to release on March 21. The device will join Samsung’s popular list of Galaxy handsets including Galaxy S II, Galaxy Ace and Galaxy Mini.
The Samsung Galaxy Ace plus a.k.a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus S7500, announced earlier this year, runs on Android v2.3 Gingerbread and is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Scorpion Processor. The Ace Plus features a 3.65 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with 320 x 480 pixels resolution. The phone sports a 5 MP camera, which lets you record videos with 640 x 480 pixels of resolution at 30 fps. The Ace Plus comes with a 3 GB of storage, expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. For connectivity, the device supports GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi. The Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus comes loaded with apps for Social Hub, Gmail and YouTube.
The original Galaxy Ace had done well in the market, as it was rightly priced and faced little competition. The Ace Plus, however, faces a wider competition from the likes of Sony Xperio Neo V , Ray, Motorola Defy and LG Optimus Sol.
