Samsung Galaxy A52 5G India price leaks ahead of the alleged September 3 launch

Samsung is rumoured to launch Galaxy A52 5G in India on September 3

The phone debuted in the UK last week.

In India, the Galaxy A52 5G will allegedly start at INR 35,999 for the 6GB RAM variant.

Samsung will reportedly continue its launch spree in India and introduce the Galaxy A52 5G early next month on September 3. The Galaxy A52 5G is a Snapdragon 778 powered phone that was recently launched in the United Kingdom. 

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, Samsung will launch 6GB and 8GB RAM options in India, each with 128GB of storage. The 6 +128GB option will be priced at Rs 35,999 and the 8+128GB variant costs Rs 37,999 in the country. 

In the UK, the 6GB RAM variant is available in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Violet, and Awesome Mint colours for GBP 409 (or roughly INR 41,400). 

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G specifications

The Galaxy A52 5G has the same design as the 4G LTE variant that debuted in India a while back. It’s IP67 dust and water-resistant, measures 159.9 x 75.1 x 8.4 mm in dimensions and weighs a moderate 189 grams. 

The phone has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display shielded by Gorilla Glass 5. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate. 

As stated earlier, the handset is powered by Snapdragon 778G octa-core chipset that’s manufactured on a 6nm process, has one Cortex-A78 prime core (@2.4 GHz), three Cortex-A78 performance cores (@2.2 GHz), and three Cortex-A55 cores (@1.9 GHz). The software is Android 11-based OneUI 3.1 software. 

There are four cameras on the rear – 64MP primary, 12MP ultra-wide-angle, 5MP macro, and 5MP depth sensor. On the front, the phone makes room for a 32MP selfie camera within its Infinity-O notch. 

Other features include 5G support, microSD card slot, stereo speakers, optical fingerprint reader, Bluetooth 5.2, dual-band Wi-Fi, and a 4500mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.
