Samsung is reportedly planning to launch a new budget smartphone, namely the Galaxy A25 5G. Previously, the smartphone appeared on Geekbench, which revealed a few key specifications. Now, the Galaxy A25 5G is surfacing on the internet with its full specifications and official renders.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G will launch in five colours. These colours are Blue, Black, Yellow, Light Blue, and Blue. The report has revealed much more than just colours. Let’s take a look at its five best features.
According to these official renders, the smartphone could feature a water-drop notch for the selfie camera. On the bottom, there is a thick chin, which we don’t see now very often. From the back, it looks the same as most of the Samsung smartphones look these days. There is a triple camera setup, placed vertically on the back. Furthermore, you will see rounded corners and slim bezels on the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G.

The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G is rumoured to have a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. This display is said to have a 120Hz refresh rate support and 1000 nits of peak brightness. Its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy A24 also features a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that has 1000 nits of peak brightness. However, it only supports up to 90Hz refresh rate.
The Exynos 1280 SoC is expected to power the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G. This processor could be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Although, it is also said to offer 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Moving on, the upcoming Samsung smartphone is rumoured to get four years of OS and five years of security updates.
The renders reveal a triple camera setup on the back. This could be a 50-megapixel OIS main camera, an 8-megapixel Ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, it might sport a 13-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G will most likely be equipped with a 5000mAh battery. Further, this battery could support a 25-watt fast charging.
Now the most important question is, when will it launch? The closest answer we have is ‘2024’. The launch date or launch timeline has not been revealed yet. However, we are expecting it very soon, so stay tuned!
