Among the many Android smartphones that are expected in the coming weeks, we can also get to see Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 14 series. The company has officially teased the arrival of the device, although it has not clearly confirmed that it’s the Redmi Note 14 series. But a lot of factors align towards the series’ imminent launch.
In the teaser poster, we can see a smartphone with an oval-shaped camera module. This is pretty similar to what we have seen on the Redmi Note 14 series that debuted in China recently. Xiaomi even used the phrase “Noteworthy reveal”, which further hints at the same.
As I mentioned earlier, the Redmi Note 14 series has been launched in China already. If we consider Xiaomi’s launch timeline, the Indian launch should follow soon. Hence, we can expect a launch event in the coming weeks.
The Redmi Note 14 series can carry three smartphones- Redmi Note 14 Pro+, Redmi Note 14, and Redmi Note 14 Pro. Here’s everything that we know about each of these devices based on its Chinese counterparts:
The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ can feature a 6.67-inch curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Victus 2 protection. It can run on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and carry a big 6200mAh battery with 90W fast charging. It can include a triple camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto sensor.
This mid-tier option can pack a 6.67-inch curved OLED display and run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor. It can be powered by a 5500mAh battery with 45W charging. It can also carry a 50MP main camera with OIS along with additional ultra-wide and macro sensors.
The Redmi Note 14 is the base model and it can feature a flat 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It can run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset. We might get to see a 50MP primary camera and a 5110mAh battery with 45W fast charging on it.
