Realme recently launched its Realme 12 Pro series in India. This lineup includes two smartphone models: the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+. Now, it seems like Realme is preparing to launch a new edition of the Realme 12 Pro+, featuring a transparent back.

In his post on X, Wong said that he has been using this smartphone for the past week and asked users to suggest “where to launch it first”.

In the image, we can clearly see that the smartphone features a transparent back similar to the Nothing Phone (1) and (2) see-through back panel.

The phone in the live image features a large circular module similar to the Realme 12 Pro+. That’s why many media reports are predicting that this Realme handset with a transparent back could be a new variant of the newly launched Realme 12 Pro+ smartphone model.

We can also see that the circular camera module has a gold-coloured casing.

The Realme 12 Pro+ features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that comes with up to 120Hz refresh rate support. This handset packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 67-watt fast charging. The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor powers the Realme 12 Pro+.

For photography, the Realme 12 Pro+ smartphone model features a 50-megapixel OIS main camera, a 64-megapixel Periscope Telephoto sensor, and an 8-megapixel Ultrawide lens. On the front, it has a 32MP selfie shooter. Moreover, this device runs on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14.
