Realme has released a new teaser of the GT5 Pro smartphone.
The smartphone will provide an improved low-light telephoto performance.
It will also offer 240W fast charging.
Realme is gearing up to unveil its Realme GT5 Pro smartphone. Through a series of teasers, the company has been gradually unveiling the phone’s features, hinting at some thrilling upgrades. Now, Realme has released a new teaser which revealed that the smartphone will offer an improved low-light telephoto performance and super-fast charging.
Realme CMO Francis Wong has shared on Weibo that the GT5 Pro will usher in a “new era of low-light telephoto images,” suggesting significant improvements in nighttime telephoto photography capabilities, reports Gizmochina.

In a separate post, he mentioned that the company successfully implemented 240W fast charging in the GT5 Pro and that it is now ready to reach a “new peak of flash charge” with the upcoming GT5 Pro.

There have been rumours indicating that Realme is planning to utilise the 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor in the telephoto camera of the GT5 Pro. This sensor is expected to be paired with a periscope lens to improve image quality and enable optical zoom features.
Recently, Realme revealed that the GT5 Pro’s display will have a peak brightness of 3000 nits. The company also mentioned that this smartphone will pack a heat dissipation system with a surface area of about 10,000 mm2. This is supposed to help with the heat dispersion of the smartphone.
Realme GT5 Pro expected specifications
We could get to see a high-quality 1.5K curved AMOLED screen with a fast 144Hz refresh rate along with slightly curved edges. Further, it could come with the latest top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset along with Adreno GPU. It could run on Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0.
The Realme GT5 Pro is expected to pack a 5,400mAh battery supported by 100W super-fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The phone could come in 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage option.
