Realme GT 7 Pro India launch is scheduled for next week. It will be the first of new generation Android flagship phones and will be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The Realme GT 7 Pro will also mark company’s return to the flagship segment — a category it has been missing from the last few years. The new Realme phone will compete against the likes of iQOO 13, OnePlus 13, and Samsung Galaxy S25, among other phones in India.
While most of the specifications and features of the Realme GT 7 Pro are already out, there seems to be a lot of noise around its India pricing as well. A few social media leaks have suggested that the Realme GT 7 Pro India price can go up to Rs 70,000. If that happens, the Realme GT 7 Pro will be the most expensive phone from the Chinese company in India so far.
Is it possible though? Before we discuss that, let’s have a look at what we know about the phone.

Realme GT 7 Pro: What we know
The Realme GT 7 Pro is already confirmed to come with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The company has been teasing the chipset and its AnTuTu score on its website, claiming that this will be the first device to cross 3 million mark on the benchmark test. However, the phone could only touch 2.7 million in our tests. This is better than all phones of 2024 but still short of Realme’s claims.
Also, unfortunately the phone is launching in India with a smaller battery than the China unit. The Realme GT 7 Pro was launched in China with a 6500mAh battery but will arrive in India with a 5800mAh battery pack. Ideally, this shouldn’t be the case.
Apart from this, expect the usual features like a high-resolution, high-refresh rate display and fast charging support, among other things. Most of these features and specifications will also be available on other flagship phones and even on mid-tier devices.
How much should Realme GT 7 Pro cost in India?
The Realme GT 7 Pro was launched in China at CNY 3,699, which is approximately Rs 43,800 when converted in Indian Rupee. Honestly, if’s hard to believe that Realme can price this phone around Rs 70,000 in the country. Even if you account for local taxes and import duties, the phone should cost somewhere between Rs 50,000-55,000.
Even at that price point, it won’t be easy for Realme to sell the phone, given there will be tough competition from iQOO 13 and OnePlus 13. Also, the last generation iPhone will be available around the same price in sales.
In any case, the official India price of Realme will be out on the November 26, so stay tuned as we bring a detailed coverage on the phone.
