Realme 13 Pro Series with AI-supported 50MP camera confirmed to launch in India soon

Realme has unveiled its first professional ultra clear camera with AI in the Realme 13 Pro Series 5G.

Realme has developed HYPERIMAGE+ which is said to be the industry's first AI photography architecture.

Realme has once again set the bar high with the unveiling of its highly anticipated Realme 13 Pro Series 5G. This debut marks the launch of Realme’s first professional ultra clear camera with AI, introduced at the Realme AI Imaging Media Preview Event in Bangkok.

The event gathered industry leaders and experts to discuss the transformative impact of AI on mobile imaging technology. Among the notable attendees were Sven-Olaf Steinke from TUV Rheinland and Toshimitsu Kurosaka from Sony Semiconductor Solutions, who announced an exciting collaboration between Sony and Realme. This partnership will introduce Sony’s innovative LYT-701 camera sensor in the Realme 13 Pro Series 5G.

Marking a significant step forward in its AI innovation, Realme has developed HYPERIMAGE+ which is said to be the industry’s first AI photography architecture. It features a three-layer architecture that consists of flagship optics, on-device AI imaging algorithms, and cloud-based AI image editing. 

According to the company, the Realme 13 Pro Series 5G, powered by the HYPERIMAGE+ architecture, features “first-class optics and cutting-edge AI capabilities that together promise to deliver an experience on par with professional DSLR cameras.”

The Realme 13 Pro+ features a dual main camera system with a 50MP OIS main camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, both utilizing Sony’s LYT-701 and LYT-600 sensors respectively. This setup delivers exceptional image quality across various scenarios, from low-light settings to stunning portraits, as per Realme.

By bringing AI capabilities to image processing in the RAW domain, Realme’s AI HyperRAW Algorithm is said to boost image clarity and dynamic range to capture authentic light and shadow with true-to-life results. The Realme 13 Pro Series 5G features AI Pure Bokeh for better portrait photos, AI Natural Skin Tone for natural-looking skin tones, and AI Ultra Clarity for enhancing low-resolution images to high quality.

The Realme 13 Pro Series 5G is scheduled to launch in India soon.
