Realme recently launched the Realme 12 Pro series in India. This lineup includes two smartphone models: the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+. Last week, Realme officially teased the arrival of a new phone in India. The teaser reads, “One More Plus. The ultimate value mid-ranger.” There is speculation that the handset in the teaser could be the Realme 12+.

Now, a tipster has revealed the India launch date of the Realme 12 and Realme 12+ smartphones.

Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore revealed on X (formerly known as Twitter) that the Realme 12 and Realme 12+ handsets are expected to be launched in India on March 6th at 12PM.

Now, let’s take a look at what to expect from the Realme 12+ smartphone. According to 91mobiles, the Realme 12+ handset is expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1800 × 2400 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. 

The Realme 12+ device will likely be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor. 

This smartphone model could come with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. It will likely run on Android 14-based Realme UI custom skin out of the box.

As far as the camera is concerned, the Realme 12+ is expected to house a 50MP Sony LYT-600 camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, this device could feature a 16MP selfie shooter 

Moreover, the Realme 12+ is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support. 

It’s important to note that these specifications about the Realme 12+ smartphone model are not officially announced, so we suggest taking them with a pinch of salt.
