Poco M6 Pro launched: New budget phone has Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 and 90Hz display

Poco has rolled out a new budget smartphone in the Indian market, namely Poco M6 Pro 5G. This smartphone comes with the latest Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 and more. It will be available for purchase from August 9. The Poco M6 Pro 5G launched with two storage options that are 4GB 64GB and 6GB 128GB. Let’s get forward with the specifications.
First and foremost, let’s talk about the performance. The Poco M6 Pro 5G is powered by a 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. The chipset is pretty powerful for this segment, which is a good thing. The Poco M6 Pro has scores over 4,37,000 on AnTuTu, Poco claimed. A 5000mAh battery is integrated in Poco M6 Pro 5G with a support of 18-watt fast charging.

It comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. However, there’s virtual RAM as well which can expand up to 6GB. It runs on Xiaomi’s MIUI 14 skin that is based on Android 13 OS.
Talking about the display, the Poco M6 Pro features a big 6.79-inch IPS LCD display. The display offers you 90Hz of refresh rate and up to FHD+ resolution.
Moving to the camera, this smartphone boasts a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back, along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor for portrait shots. On the front, it features an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
