Pixel Fold gets teased ahead of Google IO showcasing key features of the Google foldable

The 2 minutes 37 seconds video features the phone in distinct situations showcasing the adaptability and flexibility.

Ahead of the Google I/O 2023, Google decided to put out an elaborate video featuring the much-awaited Google Pixel Fold, the brand's first foldable device. Last week Google released a post, showcasing the design of the device.

The leak was identified by 9to5Google where they found an unlisted Google Pixel Fold video on YouTube. As per the video, the device is featured with NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo and a few more players. The 2 minutes 37 seconds video features the phone in distinct situations showcasing the adaptability and flexibility of the devices while flaunting the design of the device.

The video features Antetokounmpo using Google Meet with the Flex-mode wherein you can switch from the smartphone mode to the mid-phone mode seamlessly. Additionally the device can also be seen showcasing the interface of Google Meet where one half is the camera and the other holds the related controls. 

Showcasing the hands-free selfies feature where the user just has to command with “Hey Google, take a selfie.”

Using the smartphone’s screen as the viewfinder and clicking with the main camera. A feature you can find in the Samsung Fold.

Google Pixel Fold: Specs and Design

The Google Pixel Fold features 139.7 mm x 79.5 mm x 12.1 mm dimensions and weighs 283 grams. Previously, there have been speculations that Google Pixel Fold will be available in a White variant and a recent teaser that Google released sports a Black variant too. Soon we’ll see the new colours of the product at the Google I/O 2023.  

Google Pixel Fold will be using its own Google Tensor G2 and is claimed to operate on Android 13 and holds the battery capacity of 4821 mAh. The device is available in one variant only which is 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Google Pixel Fold features a set of 48 MP+10MP +10MP triple camera setup.
