Oppo launched three Reno2 smartphones back in August and went on sale in September. Now, within two months, the company has decided to cut the price of two of the models, Reno2 F and Reno2 Z. The Reno2 Z and Reno2 F have received a price cut of Rs 2,000. The Reno2 F now starts at Rs 23,990, whereas the Reno2 Z is now priced at Rs 27,990.
Oppo Reno2 Z features a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It sports Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P90 SoC, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone packs a 4,000mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 charging.
The Oppo Reno2 Z has gaming-centric features like Game Space, Game Assistant, Auto noise reduction, and TouchBoost.
Coming to the optics, the Reno2 Z sports a quad rear camera setup: a 48MPIMX586 sensor + a 119-degree 8MP sensor + a 2MP lens + a 2MP camera. The handset supports 2x optical zoom, ultra-steady video mode for up to 60fps frame rate, EIS for stabilisation, “Ultra Night Mode” for low-light photography. It does not have a shark-fin rising module and features a centrally aligned pop-up camera module, which houses a 16MP selfie shooter.
