Under the hood, the device comes powered with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset (4nm process). It is coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on Android 15-based ColorOS 15. The smartphone is backed by a 5,600 mAh battery and 80W fast charging support. The device is IP66, IP68 and IP69 certified.

Oppo Reno 13 Pro 5G comes with 6.83-inch 120Hz 1.5K Smart Adaptive Screen with the same 1,200 nits peak brightness. The smartphone gets the same MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset and 12GB LPPDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone runs on ColorOS 15 and features a bigger 5,800 mAh battery and 80W fast charging support. The smartphone comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications.
