Oppo has just announced OPPO R5 Gilded Limited Edition for the Indian market. The smartphone will be available in the market from 20th February onwards at a price of Rs. 29,990. There are 10,000 units of the smartphone available globally. The smartphone is available across India only through pre-booking.
The OPPO R5 Gilded Limited Edition includes gold frame, keeps R5’s ergonomic and ultra-thin stainless steel frame.

The Oppo R5 is an ultra thin phone measuring 4.85mm, slightly bigger than Vivo's X5MAX (4.7mm). The smartphone has a 5.2-inch AMOLED full HD display. The phone sports a 13MP rear camera with Sony Exmor IMX214 BSI sensor and 5MP front-facing camera.
The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat along with custom ColorOS 2.0. It comes with 16GB internal storage. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB. It is powered by a 2000 mAh battery.
