Under the hood, the smartphone is said to get a 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset and Adreno A810 GPU along with LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The device may get a 7,000mAh battery and support 80W fast charging. It may run on Android 15-based ColorOS 15. The device also features an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance along with an IR blaster and dual stereo speaker.

Oppo K13 5G will come with a dual camera setup including a 50MP primary shooter. The details about the front camera and secondary camera remain unknown at the moment.
