Now, a renowned tipster has claimed that this might not be the case.
According to the tipster, Find X7 Pro is expected to feature a circular camera island.
The Oppo Find X7 series is expected to debut early next year. This lineup will likely include two models: Find X7 and Find X7 Pro. Recently, live images of the Find X7 Pro model were leaked which revealed that it would feature a large octagon-shaped camera island. However, a renowned tipster has claimed that this might not be the case.
Tipster Digital Chat Station has shared a schematic render of the upcoming Oppo Find X7 Pro smartphone model on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo, reports MySmartPrice.

The schematic render shows a distinct design for the camera island, diverging from previous leaks that hinted at an octagonal shape. According to the render, Oppo is expected to maintain a circular camera island similar to the one found on the Oppo Find X6 Pro smartphone.

Also, the schematic render showcases the circular camera island housing Hasselblad branding and dual periscope lenses. Notably, the LED flash is positioned on the top left side of the smartphone, placed separately from the camera island.
The company is expected to include its branding in the bottom centre of the production units. On the device’s right side, there could be the power button and volume rockers. Also, there could be an alert slider on the left side.
Based on the render, we can say that Oppo intends to equip the display with slim bezels.
Digital Chat Station mentioned in another post that the upcoming Oppo Find X7 Pro smartphone model will likely have a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Also, it could feature an ultra-thin optical fingerprint scanner.
Previously, Digital Chat Station revealed that the Find X7 Pro smartphone is expected to be the world’s first smartphone with dual periscope telephoto cameras. The tipster also mentioned that the Find X7 Pro’s camera setup will likely be powered by a new XCD solution.
