Launched just a few days ago in Singapore, Oppo’s A37 smartphone is now coming to India and will be available at Rs. 11,990. The smartphone will be available in India from July 1 and will be sold in gold and grey variants. The device is likely to be available via all channel partners and retail stores.

The Oppo A37 has a 5-inch display upfront, which is covered in 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The resolution of the IPS panel is 1280 x 720p. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410SoC. This SoC was previously seen on the Oppo Mirror 5, which was launched last year. Just like the Mirror 5, there is 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage on the phone. This can be further extended as the phone supports memory cards of up to 128GB.

On the back, the device hosts an 8MP camera with f/2.2 aperture. It is aided by a LED flash and has a BSI sensor, with support for 1080p videos. There is a 5MP camera at the front, which features an OmniBSI+ sensor, and uses the display as a flash. The front facing camera comes with beautify mode. The Oppo A37 is 4G enabled and can take up to two SIM cards. The phone also supports USB-OTG and there is a 2630mAh non-removable battery on the device.
