OnePlus has announced its upcoming product event, the OnePlus Summer Launch, scheduled for later this month. While the specifics of the new devices remain under wraps, more information will be revealed in the coming days. Last year’s Summer Launch featured Nord-branded products, including smartphones and TWS earphones.
This year, the OnePlus Summer Launch event will be held on July 16th at 6:30 PM IST in Milan, Italy. The event’s microsite on OnePlus’s official website showcases an invitation card that reads, “Some say it’s impossible in the 5G era to make a smartphone with the strength, sophistication and enduring quality of metal. We say…Never Settle.” It also mentions that “Metal, the symbol of design excellence, was abandoned with the rise of 5G.”
A teaser from OnePlus displays a Nord device in silver, hinting at the launch of a Nord device with a metal design. Rumours suggest that the device could be OnePlus Nord 4. Additionally, the event is expected to unveil the OnePlus Buds 3 Pro TWS earphones and the OnePlus Watch 2R.

OnePlus Nord 4: Expected Specs & Features
Recently a tipster revealed on X what to expect from the OnePlus Nord 4. According to the tipster, the OnePlus Nord 4 is expected to come with a metal glass unibody design.
This smartphone will likely sport a 6.74-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2150nits peak brightness. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip. FUrthermore, it could pack a 5,500mAh battery with 100W charging support.
For photography, the OnePlus Nord 4 could house a 50MP + 8MP rear camera setup. On the front, there could be a 16MP selfie shooter.
Other expected features of the OnePlus Nord 4 include an in-screen fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, IR blaster, x-axis linear motor, alert slider, and more.
