OnePlus is expected to launch the Open, the first foldable from the brand, as a rebranded version of the Oppo Find N3. Oppo will be launching the Find N3 soon in China exclusively. The specifications of the OnePlus Open have been leaked and they reveal the display, processor, and pretty much everything major about the foldable smartphone. Let’s get into it.
A famous tipster, DigitalChatStation is the one who revealed the specifications of the OnePlus’ first foldable. He also posted a picture of the foldable smartphone that revealed a dual speaker system on both halves.

The tipster further revealed a 6.31-inch cover OLED display with a resolution of 1,116 x 2,484 pixels. Moreover, it could feature a 7.38-inch foldable OLED display with a 2,440×2,268 pixels resolution. Both the displays are expected to run on a 120Hz refresh rate.
Talking about the performance, it might be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. It is rumoured to have a 4805mAh battery with 100-watt fast charging support.
For photography, it could use two 48-megapixel sensors, primary and secondary, and a 64-megapixel Telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. For selfies, it is rumoured to sport a 32-megapixel shooter on the cover display and a 20-megapixel shooter on the foldable display.

The OnePlus Open was confirmed by the brand in July during the Cloud 11 event. This foldable smartphone is expected to take on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Tecno Phantom V Fold’s market, as they are the only book-styled foldable smartphones available in the Indian market.
