OnePlus Nord 3 likely to launch in Q2, 2022 with 150W charging and Dimensity 8100

The adoption of 150W fast charging by Q2, 2022 is also established.

The BBK brand of companies are known to share the resources and at times even rebadge entire phones. So, this year, two phones that we might see resembling each other are the titular OnePlus Nord 3 and recently announced Realme GT Neo 3. Well, the latter’s name and the fact that it will be bringing 150W charging has been recently revealed by Realme. The teaser image shared by the company claimed this 150W UltraDart Charging tech will be debuting on the GT Neo 3. This can fill a 4500mAh battery in mere 15 minutes. If that’s the brag by Realme, its sister concern OnePlus has announced that it will be the first to carry the Dimensity 8100.

Meanwhile, in a press release by Oppo declaring its 150W SuperVOOC with Battery Health Engine mentioned this will be used by mid-to-high-end Oppo and OnePlus phones. Also, that the first OnePlus phone to sport this fast charging speed will launch in Q2, 2022. 

So, the new talk in the town that this OnePlus Nord 3 will take birth in Q2 2022 with 150W charging support and Dimensity 8100 falls in line.

Now, the rumour mill also suggests the Nord 3 will have a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution. And guess, which other phone is said to flaunt this fascia? Yup, the Realme GT Neo 3.

Realme GT Neo 3 Specs and Features (Expected)

A recent tweet by tipster Yogesh Brar claims the Realme GT Neo 3 would rock a 10-bit 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, and HDR10+ certification. Flip to the back, and there you may get a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP telephoto snapper which would be also a macro sensor.

The innards are speculated to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 and a 4,500mAh battery with the aforesaid 150W UltraDart fast charging.
