OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus 12 smartphone. OnePlus has also reportedly been working on the OnePlus Ace 3 which could launch in January of next year. Now, a tipster has revealed Ace 3’s design, display and more.
According to renowned tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Ace 3 is expected to showcase a design with a metallic frame resembling the matte aluminium alloy frame found in the Apple Watch, suggesting a high-end build quality.

Moreover, the OnePlus Ace 3 is expected to come with a 1.5K curved display and a gunmetal grey glass body, further enhancing its visual allure.

The tipster also revealed that the Ace 3 could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, positioning it as a high-end mid-range smartphone.
Rumours suggest that the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3 is expected to come packed with a 5,500mAh battery with 100W charging support.
For photography, the Ace 3 could house a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch IMX890 sensor, a 32MP IMX709 telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
The upcoming smartphone model will likely come with a 6.74-inch LTPO 120Hz OLED display, with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.
Recently, the Ace 3 was spotted on Geekbench, revealing 16GB of RAM and Android 13. Also, previously leaked render images hinted that the smartphone might feature the traditional OnePlus design philosophy, bearing a striking resemblance to the Ace 2 in its appearance.
The OnePlus Ace 3 is anticipated to launch in China early next year. There are rumours suggesting a potential global launch, possibly under the name OnePlus 12R, aligning with OnePlus’s pattern of renaming Ace models for international markets.
