OnePlus 3T 128GB is out of stock, not discontinued
While the phone was listed as discontinued on the company's website, the company has confirmed that the device is just out of stock
The OnePlus 3T 128GB doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Earlier today, the company's own wesbite listed the 128GB version of the OnePlus 3T as discontinued, and reports suggested that that this was a done to make way for the OnePlus 5. Since then however, the company has changed its listing to show it as 'Out of Stock.' The company released a statement saying, "We will continue providing OnePlus 3T 128GB Gunmetal to the Indian market in the future. People who want to get the device will have to wait for next wave of inventory. Currently for Gunmetal lovers, they can still purchase 64GB ones now at amazon.in & OnePlusstore.in. OnePlus 3T Midnight Black which was limited edition has been sold out."
In other news, OnePlus has released a teaser on its Weibo account with words "HELLO 5" and caption "Hey Summer! Give me five," further confirming the summer launch of OnePlus 5. The handset is rumoured to feature a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 835 processor, up to 8GB RAM and a dual rear camera setup. The handset is also rumoured to offer a larger 3600mAh battery along with support for new Dash Charge 2.0 fast charging technology.
