OnePlus is all set to unveil its much-awaited OnePlus 13 series on January 7, 2025, during its Winter Event. The launch will be streamed live on the company’s social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube, allowing fans across the globe to tune in. Alongside the OnePlus 13 smartphones, the company will also introduce the OnePlus Buds Pro 3.
Here’s what we know so far about the OnePlus 13 smartphone.
The OnePlus 12 was launched in India at Rs 64,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant. Reports suggest that the price of the OnePlus 13 could rise by Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000, bringing its starting price to around Rs 69,999. It is expected to be available for purchase on Amazon following the official launch.
The OnePlus 13 will feature a sleek and slim design, with a camera layout inspired by the golden ratio. The phone will be available in three new colours: Black Eclipse, Arctic Dawn, and Midnight Ocean. The Midnight Ocean variant will feature a micro-fiber vegan leather finish. The OnePlus 13 will also be the brand’s first device to achieve both IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

We can expect the OnePlus 13 to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The device can come with a 6.82-inch BOE X2 OLED display that offers sharp 2K resolution and Dolby Vision support. The phone will likely be backed by a 6,000mAh battery, supporting 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
For photography, the OnePlus 13 is expected to feature a Hasselblad-tuned triple-camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope lens, and a 50MP ultrawide/macro lens. The device will run on Android 15-based OxygenOS 15, which comes with advanced AI features.
