OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R are expected to launch in global markets, including India very soon. We already know most features and details about the OnePlus 13. The flagship phone from OnePlus were launched in China last month and is expected to arrive in other markets before the end of 2024. Meanwhile, the OnePlus 13R is expected to be a rebranded version of an Ace series model from China.
When launched, the OnePlus 13 will be one of the first phones to have the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in the country. It will compete against the likes of Realme GT 7 Pro, Oppo Find X8 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. While exact features and prices of both these phones will be known at the time of India launch, here is everything we know about the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R so far.
The OnePlus 13 will be the top-of-the-line, flagship phone from the company with the best possible hardware in the market. It should carry the high-resolution, 120Hz display from the previous generation with better peak brightness. The phone is also likely to get up to IP69 rating for protection against dust and water. A new leak suggests that OnePlus is planning to launch the OnePlus 13 in new colour variants – White Dew, Morning Light, Obsidian Realm, and Blue Moments.
As mentioned earlier, the phone will have the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It should be available in two variants – 2GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. Interestingly, the phone is also available in a 24GB RAM variant in China. However, that variant is unlikely to come to India.
The OnePlus 13 will pack a triple rear camera setup with three 50-megapixel sensors. All the cameras will be tuned by Hasselblad, just like the last few generation OnePlus devices. The front will house a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. Inside the phone, you will get a 6000mAh battery with 100W fast-charging support.
