For quite some time, there have been several rumours and leaks about the OnePlus smartphone. The OnePlus 12 is expected to launch in China later this month or in December. Also, this phone will likely launch globally soon as it has been steadily receiving various certifications. Now, the OnePlus 12 has secured yet another certification.
According to a report by Gizmochina, the company has received a CB Test Certificate for the OnePlus 12’s global variant.

The device’s certification from China’s CQC (China Quality Certification Centre) revealed that it is expected to be compatible with power inputs ranging from 5Vdc 2.0A to 5.0-11Vdc 9.1A, supporting charging up to 100W via a USB Type-C port.

The OnePlus 12 global variant has been sighted on various certification platforms like Singapore’s IMDA, UAE’s TDRA, and Europe’s EEC. Additionally, it made an appearance on Geekbench featuring specifications including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 16 GB of RAM, and running the Android 14 operating system.
Besides its anticipated 100W charging capability, the OnePlus 12 smartphone model is also expected to offer support for 50W wireless charging. Moreover, it is expected to feature the BOE X1 curved-edge display that could offer a 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and around 3,000 nits of brightness.
The upcoming OnePlus 12 model is already confirmed to house a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-T808 main camera and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
The OnePlus 12 is anticipated to be released soon in China, while sources suggest its global launch is scheduled for January 2024. Additionally, reports indicate that the OnePlus 12R, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, will likely debut alongside the OnePlus 12 during its launch.
