Nubia Z11 Mini launched in India at Rs 12,999 with 16MP camera

After the recent launch of the ZTE Blade V6, Nubia has now released the Z11 Mini in India. First unveiled in China in April this year and priced at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 15,000), the smartphone has been priced at Rs 12,999 in India, and will be available exclusively on Amazon.

The Nubia Z11 Mini sports a 5 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display, and is powered by a 28nm octa-core (quad-core 1.5GHz + quad-core 1.2GHz) Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor. There is also 3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage, expandable by up to 200GB. The Z11 Mini has a hybrid dual-SIM slot, and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Nubia UI 3.9.6 skin. The setup is backed by a 2800mAh non-removable battery.

Coming to the camera which is the highlight of the smarphone, the Z11 Mini has a 16MP rear camera with Sony IMX298 16-megapixel CMOS image sensor, f/2.0 6P lens and LED flash. There is also an 8MP front camera. Nubia has stated that the smartphone carries a new phone photography system called "NeoVision 5.8".

The Nubia Z11 Mini offers all the regular connectivity options such as Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac and 4G LTE. There is also a fingerprint scanner at the back that can be used as a camera shutter button. Alternatively, users can long press the fingerprint scanner to take screenshots.
