Nothing has finally confirmed the launch date of its upcoming smartphone, which would be the Nothing Phone (2a). It will launch globally on March 5 at 11:30 GMT, which would be 5 PM in India. This smartphone has been anticipated for a long time. We have seen a lot of rumours about its design and other features. We have seen renders of the Nothing Phone (2a), revealing a redesigned camera module in the middle. Nothing has been promoting the launch of its upcoming smartphone with two big circles, just like the camera module we have seen, and the caption “Fresh Eyes.” Let’s check out all the expected specifications of this smartphone.

Lead Industriliast Designer at Nothing, Chris Weightman gave us a sneak peek at Nothing Phone (2a)’s design. He revealed this in a YouTube video while he was showing his sketches. According to the sketches, there is a dual-camera setup placed horizontally on the back. Apart from that, the video also shows two colour options that we saw in old Nothing smartphones as well, White and black.
Apart from that, what else do we know about the Nothing Phone (2a)? Well, these were some official details, let’s talk about some unofficial details now, which we also call tips, leaks, rumours, etc. Nothing’s signature transparent and Glyph LED design is said to be featured in this smartphone as well. However, the leaks suggest that there could be a redesign for LED strips.

The London-based brand says the Nothing Phone (2a) will succeed the Nothing Phone (1). About its specifications, there could be a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that will support 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, it is expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 7200 SoC. For photography, there are said to be two 50-megapixel camera sensors, a main 1/1.5-inch Samsung S5KGN9, and an ultrawide Samsung S5KJN1. For selfies, the Nothing Phone (2a) could sport a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
