The highly anticipated smartphone from Nothing has been finally confirmed by the brand. This is the Nothing Phone (2a), which is said to be an affordable version of the Nothing Phone (2). Nothing has made a landing page for its upcoming smartphone on the official Indian website. The landing page states that the Nothing Phone (2a) is “coming soon.” The brand has not announced the launch date yet, but it is expected to launch during the MWC 2024. This will happen in Barcelona, Spain from February 26 to February 29.

According to AbhishekMarkets on X (formerly Twitter), the Phone (2a) will be equipped with a 6.7-inch FHD AMOLED display. The display would support up to 120Hz refresh rate.
Furthermore, the Nothing Phone (2a) is said to be packed with a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It will likely run on Nothing OS 2.5 based on Android 14. Next, a 4900mAh battery is rumoured to power the smartphone.
For photography, it might feature a dual camera setup on the back, carrying two 50-megapixel sensors.
