Nothing Phone 1, styled as Nothing Phone (1) is all set to launch today in India. The much-anticipated smartphone from Nothing has been teased and leaked numerous times in the lead-up to the launch and details about most of the key features are already out in the open, except of course the pricing. From the looks of it, the Nothing Phone 1 is slated to be a mid-range smartphone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chip and has a striking design with an LED array on the rear panel. The launch of the Nothing Phone 1 starts at 8:30 PM IST (16:00 BST) and it will be live-streamed on Nothing’s YouTube channel. We have embedded the livetsream link below where you can go and tap the “notify me” button to get reminded of when the event begins.
Nothing has confirmed many key features of the upcoming Phone (1) including a customizable LED array on the transparent back panel. The phone has a flat-edged aluminium frame and features symmetrical bezels on the front. It features a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ chip and runs on Android 12-based Nothing OS. RAM and storage options will likely include 8GB/12GB RAM and upto 256GB storage models to choose from.
There is a 50MP primary camera on the back alongside a 16MP ultra-wide camera and a 16MP selfie camera up front. Phone 1 also has stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint reader.
The Nothing Phone 1 comes equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging and likely wireless charging as well.
