Nokia’s Normandy smartphone to officially launch as ‘Nokia X’: Reports
Nokia X could be the official name of the much-awaited Nokia-branded Android smartphone.
Nokia’s much-talked about Android-running smartphone, codenamed Normandy, may be launched as the Nokia X. Fresh set of information comes from the leakster @evleaks, who have tweeted – “Project Normandy = Nokia X”. Nokia is expected to showcase the smartphone at the forthcoming MWC event in Barcelona.
The Nokia Normandy has been in news for quite some time. The smartphone has already been leaked a number of times. Last round of rumours/leaks had revealed the user interface of the Normandy.

The smartphone is expected to have an interface similar to Windows Phone 8 and may feature WP’s iconic live tiles. The new leaked screenshot also reveals that the rumoured Nokia Normandy is going to be available in a dual-SIM version.
So far, there’s no official word on the rumours of Nokia-branded Android smartphone.
