It is as if Nokia is not even trying! After a basketful of leaks, the Nokia Lumia 1520 now appears in clear press renders.
The Nokia Lumia 1520 has leaked yet again, but this time it’s not hazy camera photos, but full press shots of the device. By now, so much about this upcoming phone has leaked that it would seem like Nokia isn’t even trying to hide the fact that it exists.
Thanks to the infamous leaks group evleaks, the Nokia 1520 now appears in all is glory in the leaked press renders. The phone/tablet is supposed to be announced at the October 22 event in Dubai, where the rumour is that Nokia will be revealing a total of 6 new devices. The Nokia Lumia 1520 will be the first of its kind from Nokia, and the first phablet in the Windows Phone lineup.
The Phablet will feature a 6-inch screen with a 1080p resolution and to power that large display, Nokia will allegedly put in the Snapdragon 800 chipset along with 2GB of RAM. Allegedly, there is also a 20 megapixel camera along with 32GB internal memory, and support for a microSD card. The phone is said to come with the Microsoft GDR3 software update pre-installed. This update will bring 1080p and quad core support to the Windows Phone lineup, along with other features such as an updated glance screen, and the Bittersweet Shimmer feature.
