It looks like Nokia could launch a bunch of smartphones in Q1 and Q2 of 2021 as per a report by Nokia Power User. According to the report, the smartphones in question could be the Nokia 1.4, Nokia 6.3/6.4 and Nokia 7.3/7.4. There is no clear launch date for these devices. MWC 2021 is scheduled to take place at the end of 2021 and it is possible we could get more information about upcoming Nokia phones then.
According to the source, the Nokia 1.4 could be the first of the smartphones to launch. There is no official information on the specifications of the Nokia 1.4 but leaks indicated that the device will run on Android 10 (Go Edition) and come with an HD display. It is expected to be a dual-SIM smartphone.
Another smartphone expected to debut is the Nokia 6.3/6.4 5G. A recently Geekbench listing revealed a Nokia smartphone codenamed Quicksilver powered by the Snapdragon 690G. It is speculated that this device could be the Nokia 6.4 5G. The specifications of the device are not known, but the Geekbench listing revealed the phone will sport 6GB RAM and runs on Android 11 out of the box.
The last phone speculated to launch is the Nokia 7.3. Leaked specifications suggest the device has a 6.39-inch display with an FHD+ resolution. It is speculated to have a 24MP selfie camera and a 48MP Quad-camera setup on the back. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 690 processor.
Another device that we think will make its debut in 2021 is the Nokia 9.3 PureView. The Nokia 9.3 PureView was expected to launch in Q3 of 2020 but was delayed due to logistical issues. Online information suggests that the device could launch in Q1 of 2021. The Nokia 9.3 PureView was expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC, and it remains to be seen whether Nokia will continue with this chipset or move to the newer Snapdragon 888.
